Cold: 26 patients die at hospital in Cuba
With temperatures as low as 38 degrees Fahrenheit (4 Celsius) 26 mentally ill patients died in Havana, Cuba due to cold. The deaths occures in the Psychiatric Hospital in Boyeros (Havana). Cubas party newspaper Granma announced on Janary 16th that Health Ministry will create a commission to investigate the deaths, threatening criminal procedures against those responsible.
