tourists are asking us for a vacation room at the
beach in the Dominican Republic. Not luxury, but caribbean living close to nature are sought after.

Do you own property in the Dominican Republic and are willing
to rent it out to tourists? Rooms, apartments and Bed&Breakfast homestays are in high demand by travellers from all over the world. Swiming pool is not a must. More important is a natural environment, ocean views, direct access to the beach, clean, unspoiled area away from shopping malls and discos. Somehow the opposite of Boca Chica. Don't be surprised: there is a growing number of tourists who can to get along without bars and discos quite well. They want to get up in the morning, to say buenas dias to the fisherman nearby and to have a bath in the ocean just out of their bed. |
